RXS Torino

Die Torino wurde von Hand modelliert und mit CAD-Technik perfektioniert und das Modell wurde mit einem 7-Achs-Roborter aus einem Stück gefrässt. Alle RXS Mercury Masken sind Einzelanfertigungen (custom made) und bestehen hauptsächlich aus Kohlefaser (Carbon) und Aramid (Kevlar).

RXS Masken sind mehrfach getestet – vom Klangtest (mit der SUVA), über den Materialtest beim IWK (Institut für Werkstofftechnik und Kunststoffverarbeitung), bis zum Schusstest mit einer Puckmaschine – und natürlich von hunderten von Goalies im Training und bei Turnieren. Das Ergebnis: Bestnoten für Komfort, Gewicht und Sicht!

The Torino was modeled by hand and perfected with CAD technology and the model was milled from one piece with a 7-axis robot. All RXS Mercury masks are custom made and consist mainly of carbon fiber and aramid (Kevlar).

RXS masks have been tested several times - from the sound test (with SUVA) to the material test at the IWK (Institute for Materials Technology and Plastics Processing), to the shot test with a puck machine - and of course by hundreds of goalies in training and tournaments. The result: top marks for comfort, weight and visibility!

Unsere Pro-Maske für schmale Köpfe. Für dieses Projekt konnten wir Sandro Zurkirchen für uns gewinnen. Er spielt schon seit vielen Jahren die RXS Marke und war sofort begeister an diesem Projekt mitzuwirken. Wir haben für die RXS-Torino `68 Z einen 3D-Scan von Sandro`s Kopf gemacht und konnten so das Maskenmodell am PC direkt auf die Abmessungen von Sandro`s Kopf anpassen. So individuell und Custom waren wir noch nie. Maskenbau in einer neuen Dimension!!!

Our pro mask for narrow heads. We were able to win Sandro Zurkirchen for this project. He has been playing the RXS brand for many years and was immediately enthusiastic about participating in this project. We made a 3D scan of Sandro's head for the RXS-Torino `68 Z and were able to adapt the mask model on the PC directly to the dimensions of Sandro's head. We have never been so individual and custom. Mask construction in a new dimension!
